Greetings from India!

Hi Granny!

I can’t believe I have already spent nearly three weeks here. It only feels like a few days. The weather here is amazing, it’s always very warm and sunny, not like in Ireland. Tomorrow I’m going into the city of New Delhi but for now, I am in a hostel in a very busy area. We are in a part of India that has a lot of tourists and yesterday they had a massive parade with elephants and monkey and lots of other animals. There were people dancing and there were music and street food. It was so much fun to watch and everything was so bright and colourful. There was a commotion because one of the monkeys stole food off one of the stalls and the seller thought it was the person beside him. The person was Australian so he didn’t understand what the seller was saying when he was shouting at him. It was so funny when he realised the monkey had stolen it. It is amazing here and I’m having a great time.

I hope everyone at home is well and I’ll see you soon.

Bye! -Róisín
